Common questions
- Playback or camera-switching problems: force-quit the app and reopen it. If a specific show still misbehaves, email us the show name and roughly where in the show it happened — that detail lets us fix it fast.
- Account & sign-in: you can reset your password from the sign-in screen. To permanently delete your account and data, use Delete Account in the app’s profile screen, or email us and we’ll do it for you.
- Broadcasting: going live is currently limited to approved members of our broadcaster network. Interested? Email us with a little about yourself.
- Reporting content: every video has a Report option in its share menu. You can also email us directly — copyright concerns are handled per our DMCA policy.
